Pent Shed with Bike Store Partition

We recently made this shed for a customer with a narrow terraced garden In Cambridge. The customer removed their old dilapidated shed and tidied up the area near their fencing.

We then came in and laid a new paving slab base over the whole area and erected the new shed on top which fits perfectly at the bottom of the garden. The main use for the shed was to store their garden furniture in 1 side and bicycles in the other part which has no floor for when wet bikes are put straight into the shed. They also wanted a small bench under the windows for some small potting plants and there is also an opening window for ventilation.

The shed construction was upgraded to ex75mmx 50mm frame work with a breathable membrane and tanalised pressure treated ex19mm x 125mm ship-lap cladding. It has a top half glazed door with toughed glass, finished with black ornate ironmongery, the second door had standard black ironmongery. We also fitted 3 shelves (2 in the main shed and 1 in the cycle store) at heights requested by the customer. The roof was finished with a single layer torch on felt. Once again we fitted guttering along the back low side, which was connected up to a water-butt.
